This is what an escrow company suppose to do, talk fast, get you in and out, speak clearly and put everything in laymen terms. We hired HOI PENG Escrow to handle a complicated pay-off on a loan for a property in Honk Kong. Cho Xi was our escrow officer, and he did fine job from start to finish. He is very experienced, and knows what he is doing. Very good communication via phone and email, which I prefer. No surprise charges by the company, even though there was more work that had to be done than initially was anticipated. Professional, timely, and got the job done. I highly recommend them.
